Definitions -
WE - that's us (DONNY THUMP / PRIZE MINER LTD)
YOU - that's you (the Player/ User)
APP - that's the Game (DONNY THUMP)
PRIZES - that is anything we might giveaway for FREE to reward you
BURGERS - they are the game currency that you are hoping to win and use to play with

1. Play and Device Functionality
We cannot be responsible for issues beyond our control specifically but not limited to the functionality of your device when using our App. If for any reason your device causes any play or prize award challenges that result in play or reward failure we are unable to take responsibility for such an event.
2. Prize Availability
All prizes detailed are subject to availability and my be substituted at anytime.
3. Prize Awarding
Our prize store system automatically awards any detailed prizes to the relevantly placed player at point of scoreboard scrub which is every 24 hours.
Prizes are typically awarded to the top 3 players in each 24 hour period.
Prizes are given to lower placing players from time to time.
Prizes are detailed in the Rewards section of the APP and can be claimed via the Claim Rewards button.
Prizes are in-game currency that allow you to perform better against the cmpetition to claim your top spot!
Prizes will remain in the Rewards section for your reference.
Prizes must be claimed within 14 days of winning and may be unavaiable or repurposed after 14 days.
4. Leader Board and Scoring
All players with a positive score will be placed on a Leader Board. The higher your score the higher you will place. To place on the Leader Board you must complete a game within a 24 hour tournament period.
The time taken to create your score is used when placing any equal scores, with the fastest scoring player placed higher.
5. Cheese Burger Use and Scoring
Players can 'Spin to Win' in each 24 hour period. The cost of a 'spin' is one Cheese Burger. The volume of spins is set per day with some zero spin days allocated. Every spin will result in either free Burgers or a Score Multiplier. The Score Multiplier will either double or triple your current score. This can result in a higher place on the Leader Board and of course a better chance of winning top spot.
6. Burger Cost of Play
Each new user is awarded 250 Acorns at first login. Each game requires a Burger based entry fee which is detailed on the APP home screen. The cost of play is deducted from your Burger wallet at point of play. No Burgers will be refunded for a cancelled game.
The cost of play can change at any given time.
The Player will receive an equal number of Lives in-game to the cost of entry i.e. 5 Burger entry = 5 lives in play.
7. Free Burgers, In Play Rewards, and Daily Rewards
Players will receive Daily Rewards which need to be claimed in any 24 hour period. These can include Burgers and Cheese Burgers to be used at anytime.
Players can also collect 'Spin to Win' multipliers in play which can be used to secure a score x2 or score x3 in the 'Spin to Win' feature.
8. Purchased Burgers
Players can purchase additional Burgers and Cheese Burgers from the In-App Store. Store purchases cannot be refunded.
9. Burger Exchange
Players can convert Burgers into Cheese Burgers through the In-App Store which enables them to use the Spin-to-Win feature.
