FAQ's
1 - Do I need Burgers to play?
YES - to play the game there is a Burger entry fee. But don't worry, you get loads of free Burgers when you sign-in for the first time and daily free Burgers too. You even get a free Cheese Burger everyday which at the very least rewards you with free Burgers when you play Spin-to-Win!
2 - I have used all of my free acorns but want to play in todays tournament?
You can purchase Burgers and Cheese Burgers from our in-app store or wait for more free Burgers tomorrow.
3 - How do I win?
Place at the top of the Leader Board and our Prize Store automatically awards you prizes everyday! The scoreboard resets every 24 hours and at point of scrubbing we capture and reward our top players. Typically the top 3 players win prizes but sometimes we award more players with free stuff!
4 - What can I win?
We give-away free Burgres that help you stay on top. The prize store will continue to grow with more and more prize options.
5 - How does Spin to Win work?
If you have a Cheese Burger you can use it to play Spin to Win. You can use up to whatever the daily limit is (see app main page for info) on Cheese Burgers in any 24 hour period. You will be awarded with whatever Burger value you land on OR you may land on a X2 or X3 Score Multiplier which will take your score and double or triple it! This can leap you right to the top of the Leader Board. Remember, you may only have one Cheese Burger so use it wisely!
6 - I can only see one score but have played multiple times?
We place your best score on the Leader Board. It is your current best score that will be multiplied if you are lucky enough to win a Score Multiplier with your Cheese Burger.
7 - Can I get rid of the adverts?
YES - you can pay to remove adverts if you want to play fast and stay in the zone!
8 - What are these rockets?
If you hit a falling rocket you will activate an X2 or X3 score multiplier you can use at any time! It will count towards your daily Cheese Burger use and you'll need a Cheese Burger to use it BUT you will land on a X2 or X3 guaranteed!
9 - I can't login?
Please use the password reset option on the login screen. You will recieve a password reset One Time Passcode via email which will enable you to reset your password.
